Grace is married to her university sweetheart, Pastor David Sola Oludoyi, the Deputy Continental Overseer of RCCG Europe Continent, and the Pastor in Charge of RCCG UK Region 3. They met when she was 16 and he was 17 years old in Odessa, Ukraine, Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR). They are actively serving together in ministry.

God blessed her with three precious jewels-- Sade, Enoch-David, Mary-Grace, a son-in-law, Sam, and two precious grandchildren. Her desire is that they will continue to excel and flourish in life.

Pastor Grace gave her life to Christ in April 1994 during a visit to Nigeria, and later worshiped with her husband in RCCG House of Praise in Woolwich, London. They were sent forth in July 1996 to pastor a recently started church plant, RCCG Higher Ground Assembly in Croydon. Since then, she has served in the office of a pastor's wife.

In April 1997, they were transferred to RCCG Royal Connections in East Ham. She was ordained as a Deaconess in 1999, as an Assistant Pastor in 2002 and a full Pastor in 2008. She has served at different times as an usher, a children's teacher, youth church leader and teacher, in hospitality and welfare departments. Pastor Grace is the Editor-in-Chief of the in-house publications in Royal Connections which includes RC Chronicles.

She is the President of the Royal Women Ministry, the women's group of Royal Connections. She was a member of the RCCG Good Women Fellowship Executives UK, and served as their Events Coordinator for nine years, before God promoted her to become the Regional Mother of RCCG Europe Mainland Region 3. Presently, she serves full time as the Executive Pastor and as the Chief Operating Officer at RCCG Royal Connections, London.

Dr Grace was awarded a UNESCO Scholarship in her motherland Nigeria, to study Medicine in Odessa Medical Institute, Odessa, Ukraine in the former Soviet Union. She graduated with distinction (first class honours) in Medicine in 1992. She worked as a psychiatrist for 9 years within Mental Health at the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom, until July 2005; where she went into full-time ministry. She is fluent in both Russian language and her native language Igbo.

She earned a double Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Integrative Counselling from London School of Theology in 2012. She offers pastoral care in all areas of life, enjoys listening, encouraging, and is empathetic towards others with a mission to “not just heal broken bones, but to heal the broken mind”.

Dr Grace is a prolific writer. To date, she has written many articles and authored over 10 books that have sold thousands of copies worldwide. She is passionate about the wholistic wellbeing of women, marriage, relationships, has a heart for pastors’ wives, and has written books on these various topics from the wealth of wisdom she has acquired along the way. She is still writing, watch this space!

Pastor Grace is a visionary. She is the mastermind behind the annual women’s signature event, Dining With Christ, which is now a global phenomenon. She is the convener and organiser of conferences such as Woman on a Mission Conference, Good Women Conference in her Region, and the co- host of Winds of Change Conference, Leaders’ Retreat, and many more. She enjoys planning, organising, and strategising for meetings and events. She has a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail.

Dr Grace has a heart of compassion for those in need, especially women and children. She is severally involved in fundraising and charity work across the globe, such as raising funds for Cancer Research, providing toiletries and funds to victims of domestic violence, raising funds for children's hospices in the UK through 'Smile of a Woman' Project, supporting children through Compassion UK and more. Dr Grace raises funds for orphans, widows, and those in need in Uganda and Nigeria; and sends clothes and funds to Kaduna in Northern Nigeria. She is the President of Africa Missions UK Region 3 chapter, carrying out diverse charity projects in Malawi, Angola, organising food packs for communities, building schools, empowering women and children and so much more.
